Coal industry is the pillar of China’s energy industry, is an important guarantee for the rapid and sustainable development of China’s economy. However, most of the coal mine in our country are not up to the standard of gas drainage efficiency. The main reason why the gas drainage effect is not ideal is that the sealing quality is poor. The sealing quality is good or bad, it depends on the sealing material and sealing technology, and the performance of the sealing material is more important.SP-I Two-step Expansion Inorganic Composite Grouting Sealing Material is a new type of high water cement ratio of cementitious materials, with rapid hardening, early strength,good fluidity, economic and environmental characteristics, is a kind of excellent properties of grouting hole sealing material. The SP-I Two-step Expansion Inorganic Composite Grouting Sealing Material as the research object, from macro and micro aspects of the material were studied. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Through the experiment analysis of gypsum type, amount of gypsum, aluminum powder fineness, water cement ratio of SP-I Two-step Expansion Inorganic Composite Grouting Sealing Material compressive strength, under the influence of the factors of material compressive strength curves are obtained, with the material than the optimization and application of laid the foundation.Reference cement based materials in the field of internal water hardening mechanism of the research methods, through SEM, XRD, TG-DSC and other qualitative and quantitative microscopic detection means, combined with the new test methods —— no electrode resistivity instrument of gypsum type, amount of gypsum, aluminum powder fineness, water cement ratio of the material, respectively, from the point of view of the dynamic and static expression material of the hydration process and hydration degree.On the basis of the SP-I Two-step Expansion Inorganic Composite Grouting Sealing Material hydration hardening and micro structure formation mechanism model, the model will be material hydration process is divided into stage of dissolution, induction period,accelerated phase, deceleration phase and stable phase five stages.
