Water hazard is one of the main disasters which has a great threat to coal mine construction and production, including surface water and reservoir water through mining fracture import in working face have occurred from time to time.The paper mainly studies the mining fracture which situated edge position of subsidence basin and located in ahead and upper of goaf boundary, defining the fracture is mining boundary fracture. Collecting many mining boundary fracture examples, using field observation, water inflow analysis method and hydrochemical analysis to meta-analysis, getting a phenonmenon: when mining the nearly horizontal coal mine seam, the fracture dip is high with profile measure, and the mining boundary fracture contain water conductivity which can easily turn-on surface water to coal mine and influence production.Base on surface movement parameters of working face in coal mine, using SPSS software to analyze and verify the correlation between coal seam inclination and fracture dip, and combining with the UDEC software to analysis fracture dip in nearly horizontal coal mine seam. The result show: coal seam inclination has the most important influence on the development of fracture dip in nearly horizontal coal mine seam, and measuring the fracture dip in the picture of simulated result, and the angle is 75° and above.Through theoretical analysis of development mechanism and water conductivity factors of mining boundary fracture, and researching the water conductivity of mining boundary fracture which angle is 70° and above. The result show: mining boundary fracture which angle is 70° and above developing certain width, and contain water conductivity, if the mining boundary fracture turn-on the surface water and reservoir water to working face, it will has a great threat to coal mine safety production.
