Groundwater organic pollution is increasingly serious in our country, social life, the production is affected. According to the present situation of groundwater organic pollution, Choose difficult degradation of aniline as the research object, build the reeds, cattails and no plants wetland system. Analysis each wetland system in the DO concentration, p H, soil REDOX potential, the changing rule of the microbial population. The undercurrent of artificial wetland in aniline pollution treatment effect of groundwater, the following results:(1) Reeds, cattails and no plants wetland system on along the direction of the DO concentration, the upper the DO concentration fluctuation change appears, and there is a decrease in the middle and lower trend. Along the depth direction, DO present upper > middle > the lower concentration. Compared three wetland bed, reeds, cattails wetland were greater than the DO concentration of each sampling point of no plants wetland system.(2) Reeds, cattails and no plants wetland system on along the direction of the p H. PH, fluctuated change at the top, and there is a decrease in the middle and the lower trend. Along the depth direction, the p H value present top < middle < lower level.(3) The wetland soil ORP are greater than zero, present oxidation environment, at the same time, the wetlands bed in the middle of ORP potential is higher than the front.(4) Reeds, typha wetland bed bacteria is higher than no plant wetland bed, at the same time, the wetlands bed bacteria have close relationship with temperature. Artificial wetland microorganisms on the degradation of aniline pollution have certain effect, Reed wetland degradation rate> cattail wetland> unplanted wetland. About 50 mg/L 96 h of degradation of aniline solution rate were 12.14%, 9.39% and 6.87% respectively.(5) Test results show that the reed and cattail, no plant constructed wetland system for the average removal rate of aniline pollution are 86.82%, 85.28% and 86.82% respectively, Artificial wetland plants play an important role to eliminate the aniline in the system.(6) The wetland system along the removal performance of aniline are similar, namely horizontal along the direction, the wetland system regardless of the lower removal rate of aniline, which gradually increase; With the increase of wetland bed depth, the wetland system, middle and lower removal rate of aniline is reduced, the upper > middle > lower level. In addition, compared three wetland bed, reed wetlands and cattail wetland of aniline removal rate is higher than unplanted wetland.
