SiO2 nanofiber is one of the most representative fiber s in the numerous ceramic nanofiber materials, which has good biological compatibility, excellent thermal stability, etc. SiO2 nanofiber has great applicational prospects in the sensor, catalyst supports, adsorption material, organization structure and its chemical structure determines the material with hydrophilic, hydrophobic modification can expand the scope of application of Si O 2 nanofiber. Therefore, hydrophobic modification of SiO2 nanofiber has important research and useful value. Electrospinning technology provides an efficient method for continuously production in diameter from a few nanometers to several microns one-dimensional fiber structure, of which the wettability and mechanical properties is important characteristics and is playing an importan t role in the practical application. SiO2 sol was obtained as precursor by the hydrolysis of TEOS sol, and clear, uniform, continuous SiO2 nanofiber are obtained by electrospinning. In this paper, SiO2 nanofiber was obtained by the hydrolysis of TEOS sol and electrospinning technology, SiO2 sol as inorganic need PEO polymer to gain the SiO2 nanofiber by electrostatic spinning equipment, Si O 2 nanofiber with different parameters was obtained by changing the spinning solution of PEO content, solvent content and technological parameters: spinning voltage, spinning speed, spinning distance parameters, spinning membrane, and analyzing the influence of various parameters on the fiber diameter and morphology.SiO2 sol precursor solution obtained by the hydrolysis of TEOS contains hydrophilic hydroxyl groups, introducing of hydrophobic groups on the Si(CH 3)3 in order to enhance the ability of hydrophobic materials. This experiment will mix SiO2 sol and dimethylsilicone oil to prepare spinning solution, SiO2/Polydimethylsiloxane fiber composite membrane is obtained by electrospinning, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum detector TEOS solution, SiO2 sol and composite fiber membrane components, and contact angle measuring instrument test the wett ability of composite fiber membrane after different heat treatment, and comprehensive analysis of the composite fiber membrane wettability and thermal stability.The electrostatic spinning fiber film has the fiber net structure of the nonwoven fabric, and the fiber is distributed and distributed evenly. This experiment of electrostatic spinning pure silica membranes, SiO2/Polydimethylsiloxane composite fiber membrane and Si O 2/PMMA composite fiber membrane are tensile test and analysis of dimethylsilicone oi l and PMMA content on the tensile properties of fiber membranes were investigated, and ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the tensile process of fiber membrane to provide data of fiber membrane design and use.
