Titanium and titanium alloy has good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and stability, so it has a wide range of applications in the field of aerospace ordnance. In order to improve the solar light utilization efficiency, prepared the high solar absorption rate of the film on the surface of pure titanium by electrochemical oxidation method, and the film roughness, thickness, surface morphology, elements composition and crystal phase composition were characterized and analyzed, the performance of absorption rate and emission rate of the film were tested and discussed the influence of structure on the properties of the film.High absorption and high emission coatings were prepared on TA7 surface by micro arc oxidation on the surface of the electrolyte. First the effect of electrolyte composition on properties of the film was studied, with the partial vanadium acid ammonium, ferrous sulfate and nickel acetate concentration increased, the blackness of the film value increase. Partial ammonium vanadate concentration increased film roughness and thickness are significantly increased, morphology is obviously changed, absorption rate and infrared emissivity increases, but infrared emission rate increased significantly; nickel acetate concentration increased the film roughness, thickness and morphology unchanged basically, absorption rate and emission rate is increased, but the absorption rate changed significantly; increasing the concentration of ferrous sulfate, film roughness thickness and film morphology changes a little, the film absorption rate and emission rate of change is smaller. Reaction voltage increased film thickness roughness increases obviously, the morphology change obviously, uneven surface, but the film absorption rate has little effect, emission rate increased slightly; prolonging the reaction time, the film is coarse and little variation in the thickness, film absorption rate and emission rate is slightly increased. So the best results can be obtained by the 400 V reaction of 10 min in the electrolyte of adding ammonium chloride, nickel acetate and ferrous sulfate.High absorption and low emission porous films were prepared on the surface of TA2 by micro arc oxidation with three sodium phosphate and sodium aluminate as electrolyte. The increase of reaction time and voltage, the thickness and roughness of the film increases, and the pore diameter increases. With the increase of the reaction time and film in the crystal phase composition of aluminum titanate and anatase and anatase TiO2, the absorption rate is reduced, the emission rate is sharply increasing. Gradually increase the reaction voltage, only brookite TiO2 coating on the crystal phase composition, film absorption rate with the voltage of the first increased and increased, high voltage when the uptake rate decreased, emissivity is gradually increased. So the 400 V in the shortest time reaction has the best results.High absorption and high emission coatings were prepared on TA2 surface by anodic oxidation in sulfuric acid solution of 0.5 M. With the increase of the oxidation voltage from 100 V to 160 V, the number of micro pores on the surface of the films and the pore size of the films increased gradually. The solar absorption and infrared emissivity of the films increased. The morphology, absorption rate and emissivity of the films are almost unchanged when the anode oxidation time is changed, so the oxidation time is very little. By anodic oxidation in the anodic oxidation film was deposited on the surface of the manganese oxide, the formation of the anodic oxide film / manganese oxide composite film, the film is uniform and grayish black. With the increase of the concentration of manganese sulfate, and the increase of the concentration of Mn2+, the deposition of manganese oxide on the surface of the electrode can be increased, and the emissivity of the coating is improved to a certain extent...
