This study aim to use oil palm trunk which is the residue agriculture in Asia for produce enzyme cellulase and xylanase by Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride.The result of produce cellulase and xylanase by Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride from oli plam trunk tree form Thailand in solid state fermentation can showed that A. niger and T. viride can use oil plam trunk powder which pass thought mechanical pretreatment to be carbon source for produce cellulase and xylanase. This study found that A. niger and T. viride can produce highest cellulase and xylanase at days 7 of the fermentation times. Aspergillus niger gave higher enzymne production than Trichoderma viride in single strain. By the CMCase, Fpase and xylanase activity of A. niger was 58.76±0.06 Unit/grams, 20.82±0.02 Unit/grams,169.44±0.02 Unit/grams respectively. Meanwhile mix culture of of A. niger and T. viride can gave highest enzyme production, the CMCase, Fpase and xylanase activity was 73.59±0.02 Unit/grams, 22.25±0.03 Unit/grams and 188.84±0.04 Unit/grams respectively.By the way this research also studied the appreciate condition of A. niger, T. viride and mix-culture of them for produce highest enzyme cellulase and xylanase production, by this study were studied the suitable of temperature, initial p H of substrate and the suitable of size of substrate. This study can reveal that A. niger and T. viride can gave highest enzyme production when the fermentation process was perform in 37°C, the CMCase, Fpase and xylanase activity of A. niger still higher than T. viride by enzyme activity was 73.59±0.07 Unit/grams, 63.69 Unit/grams, and 81.58±0.24 Unit/grams respectively. Simultaneous the mix-culture still gave higher enzyme production than single strain by the enzyme CMCase, Fpase and xylanase activity was 87.86±0.13 Unit/grams, 73.02±0.11 Unit/grams and 154.04±0.13 Unit/grams respectively.Study the appreciate initial p H of substrate showed that every inoculums can gave highest enzyme in weakly acid state and produce enzyme efficiency was highest at p H 6. The CMCase, FPase and xylanase activity of A. niger at p H 6 was 71.12±0.51 Unit/grams,61.15±0.08 Unit/grams and 278.65±0.13 Unit/grams respectively, and enzyme activity of mix-culture was 83.98±0.13 Unit/grams, 74.48±0.12 Unit/grams, 278.65±0.13 Unit/grams respectively.This research found that the particle size of oil palm trunk powder was directly effect to the volume of enzyme. This study found that when decrease the particle size of Oil palm trunk powder, the enzyme activity will be increase. This study found that at the particle size of substrate ≥147μm the CMCase, FPase and xylanase activity of A. niger was 84.44±0.23 Unit/grams, 80.29±0.09 Unit/grams and 250.52 Unit/grams respectively. The enzyme activity of mix culture also has highest enzyme volume by the enzyme volume of CMCase, FPase and xylanase activity was 97.66±0.30 Unit/grams, 66.66±0.24 Unit/grams and 298.92±0.23 Unit/grams respectively.
