As the electronic age ushers in wave after wave of new technology, it becomes increasingly difficult for businesses to protect their brands. Counterfeiters continue to grow smarter, and their methods of piracy and counterfeiting are becoming more sophisticated. Companies are struggling to keep up with the constantly changing technological environment, and though solutions have been offered, there has yet to be a product that offers complete protection against the ever-evolving threat. Many countries, especially some developed countries have invested heavily in development of various anti-counterfeiting of new technologies, In particular the various high-tech anti-counterfeiting technologies. Anti-counterfeiting fibers as a new forge-preventing technology, more and more companies are bringing it to their products.Firstly, introduced the status in quo of anti-counterfeiting fibers at home and abroad, the domestic anti-counterfeiting fibers mainly include staining fibers, fluorescent fibers, and cameleon fibers. The production is simple, and the effect of the anti-counterfeiting is not very good, the abroad anti-counterfeiting fibers mainly include multi-component composite anti-counterfeiting fibers, Logo fibers, the fibers are unique, the effect of forge-preventing is very good.Based on Knowledge of polymer rheology, studied the melt flow process in the composite spinning components, established a mathematical model of melt flow in the spinneret, using polyflow simulated the composite extrusion of spinning melt in micropores, researched the PA6/PET melt flow state of spinning movement, analysed the affect of the position of the interface and the shape by the flux.Based on the existing anti-counterfeiting fibers, developed several multi-component anti-counterfeiting fibers, designed the spinning component that including the design of diffuser, filter media, distributing plate, spinneret, ascertained the raw material and the spinning process. According to the comparison of several programs, considered the nature of anti-counterfeiting and the cost of machining, the author selected the orange petal-shaped bi-component component as the experiment.Spinning experiment has been done by using the orange petal-shaped bi-component component, according test the cross section of the anti-counterfeiting fiber, can play a better role in anti-counterfeiting.
