The highway transportation is the foundation of the development of national economy, it is social production, circulation, distribution and consumption of all aspects of normal operation, the coordinated development of prerequisites, and highway tunnel construction plays a vital role in improving highway grade and operating effectiveness. Tunnel across the large fault and fracture zone is very difficult in tunnel construction and is the most prone to landslides, bursting water and mud of harmful geological location, therefore in the tunnel construction, it is very important to analyze and study how quickly, safely and environmental protection across large fault and fracture zone through the corresponding construction and monitoring technical to reduce bad geological phenomenon harmful effects of construction.Taking Xinjiang construction of YUXIMOLEGAI tunnel for example, through the tunnel early geological forecast technical, fault fracture zone construction technical, the blasting control measures, prevent water-inrush axon mud and drainage insulation measures, construction excavation scheme of numerical analysis contrast, construction monitoring measurement, collapse Accident analysis and processing etc are studied systematically. The following main awareness and research results:1. In tunnel construction through the fault fracture zone of harmful geological segment, the relevant personnel must increase value degree, strengthening advance geological forecast, put forward a comprehensive geological prediction method and have a more accurate prediction for the nature of rock in front of excavated surface.2. Through YUXIMOLEGAI tunnel construction technology research, to analysis and discuss about tunnel across large fault related disaster control measures. Showing that in fault fracture zone and tunnel construction should strengthen the primary support, adopt advance timely closed cyclization support, we can effectively prevent landslides, water bursting and mud bad geological disasters etc.3. Through ANSYS finite element numerical simulation technical to study the distribution of stress field and displacement field, as well as supporting parameters reliability to provide technical support for excavation scheme choice, through technical economy and the comparison of surrounding rock stability to select the optimal construction scheme. Finally, finalize the core of soil short step method for optimization of fault zone tunnel construction program, while the same program with different support parameters excavate a simple comparative analysis, indicating the necessity for advance support measures.4. Through the analysis and summary for tunnel fault fracture zone section measured results, and apply the method of curve fitting to the displacement final value predict. Verify the rationality of the design of retaining structure, for supporting parameters adjustment and the second lining modifies time provide the scientific basis.
