The electronic commutation replacing the traditional mechanical commutation, sobrushless DC motor (BLDCM) becomes a research hotspot of movement control area becauseof its good characteristics. Many researches for the control of BLDCM have been done byresearchers of inland and foreign, the control technology has been more and more ripe, but thecontrol methods can not get rid of the dimensional limit. In recent years, networked controlsystems (NCS) develops very fiercely, the networked control technology’s application inmotor control has been started to pay attention by people, and it means that communicationnet is introduced into motor control system, to achieve remote control. A research for issue ofBLDCM control in the conditionof data packet dropout is aim to in this paper.First, the current research situations of the BLDCM control system are expounded. Thecharacteristics and basic principle are introduced, and then the mathematical model ofBLDCM is established.Then basic contents of NCS are described. The basic issue of the NCS are expounded.For BLDCM networked control systems with data packet dropout, the model of data packetdropout of single packet transmission and multiple packets transmission are established,respectively.Finally, for the issue of data packet dropout of BLDCM networked control systems, theswitched model with an open-loop and a closed-loop observer of this control system isestablished. An observer compensation method is presented for the data packet dropouts.According to the mathematical model, and the design method of the observer and controller isgave by Lyapunov stability analysis. The effectiveness of the proposed compensation methodis illustrated by the numerical simulation results.
