In order to improve the status of solar hot water system in the energy structure of building, this thesis research on enhancing the architectural quality of solar water heating system integrated building.Domestic and external practical application of solar hot water system in buildings has been investigated, the recent development comparing with international latest development, domestic application characteristics of solar water heating system has been put forward. At the same time, application of Shandong province has been investigated and analyzed, I founded many problems in application. Therefore, it needs the further research urgently.Based on the analysis of the solar water heating system, the characteristics of different types of solar system components, system type have been studied, summarized their adaptation characteristic of integration, the standard suggestions on the selection of solar energy collector and system type in integration have been supplied.According to the planning technical criterions, this thesis conducts typological research on buildings of different planning parameters of Shandong province. It use TSun insolation analysis software to analyze several types planning layout, summarizes the optimization method of improving sunshine environment by planning layout. According to the different building planning layout and different height analyze its applicable solar system type, especially on high-rise residential building.This thesis focuses on the research of design strategies regarding the solar collectors as design elements and building components. Firstly, the strategy of the construction and shipment design according to the collection of solar thermal demand has been put forward; and the collector installation sites has been expanded, the integration design proposal of regarding solar system as roof, wall, balcony and other building components has been supplied, which in addition to ensure collector’s efficiency, but also has multiple building function of enveloping, design elements, thermal insulation, sunshade; according to different color, material texture of collectors, research on the method of integrating architectural appearance, structure and energy efficiency regarding collector as architectural elements; In the respect of matching method of the size and modulus between collectors and architecture, and the layout design of water tank and pipe, casing well are proposed.This thesis applies the research results on Hexin Block architectural design in Jinan, using insolating analysis software simulating the insolating time. On the basement of the analysis of analysis the integrating design of pilot building has been done. And the pilot project has been evaluated, and the results showed that the solar water heating system has quite well performance on economic efficiency, energy-saving efficiency and environmental benefits. This paper aims to concentrate on the design methods solar system integrated building in Shandong province. solar collectors has been seen as architectural elements to integrate architectural appearance, structure and solar collectors, making solar water heating system integrated with building. The conclusion not only has positive significance on ecological building in Shandong province, but also provides new source to architects using solar energy for architectural creation.
