Air-conditioning systems find wide application with people’s living standard improving. So it is particularly important to find an energy-saving and environmentally friendly air-conditioning system. Capillary plane radiation air conditioning system comes into being in this condition, which has so many advantages, such as energy-saving, comfort, good air quality and so on.Based on summarizing the research results of capillary surface radiation air-conditioning system both at home and abroad, This paper studies the cooling capacity in different setting ways and intermittent operating strategy of office buildings, and puts forward the suitable water-supply temperature within the capillary network and the intermittent operation strategy.Firstly, analyzes characteristics of the capillary plane radiation air-conditioning system in three different laying ways, and proposes a special laying way-ceiling, floor and all walls are covered with capillary network. By setting physical model, this paper calculates the cooling capacity of different water-supply temperature and different laying modes. It is pointed out that the roof laying has greater cooling capacity than the wall and floor laying, all surfaces covered with capillary is the best cooling way, and the appropriate water-supply temperature within the capillary network is18~22℃.Secondly, builds the physical model using Airpak simulation technology to simulate capillary radiation air-conditioning system room. By the comparative analysis of the simulation results, we know that RCA is the best cooling way, and the larger the radiation surface area, the higher the cooling capacity. Then, enumerates and analysis two kinds of special capillary plane setting form-the slope roof and the curved wall.In addition, carries on the experiment study in Nanjing in July,2011. the capillary plane radiation air conditioning system can satisfy indoor temperature and humidity, and the capillary radiation surface temperature is about22℃, guaranteeing non-condensing. Meanwhile, comfort and energy-efficiency are superior to the conventional air conditioning system. So the capillary plane radiation air-conditioning system is a worthy refrigeration method to be widely used.Finally, sets up an office building model to analyze intermittent operation strategy, estimates pre-cooling time according to load balance relationship, derives relation between the pre-cooling time and indoor parameters, and calculates the pre-cooling time of an office building by solving of an example. Then, carries out energy consumption analysis of intermittent air-conditioning system laying on the top and the standard room, and the results show that:for a cooling season, the standard air-conditioned room and the top air-conditioned room can save power9.53kWh/m2and10.1kWh/m2at the advance time of1h, respectively.
