In recently years, driven by national energy conservation and emission reductionpolicy, solar energy buildings get an increasing popularity. There are abundant solarenergy resources in vast rural areas in our country. The author hopes to design athorough passive solar energy system to solve problems in Shandong cold area ruralresidential energy conservation buildings construction through investigation, testing,analyzing and optimal design for typical residential energy conservation buildings incertain area, and provide reference and examples for new community energyconservation transformation in Shandong.In initial stage of survey, through consulting relative documents, the author choseinvestigation object and designed questionnaire and statistical tables for testing. In thewinter of2011, the author took field study to investigation object, then took an in-depthresearch to local residential buildings plan form’s development and heating mode inrecently30years, using heating mode as a main line, searching the connection betweenheating mode and residential buildings plan form, which are basic elements forresearching Shandong rural residential buildings heating energy consumption in winter.The author proposed indoor temperature design index standard based on residentialbuildings plan and resident room time through local rural residential buildings featuresand resident habit of going out and combining testing temperature of indoor and outdoor,subjective temperature value and resident feelings for temperature. Choosing localordinary residential buildings and residential buildings with solar room to compare,with subjective questionnaire investigation and energy consumption comparison, theauthor concluded obvious advantage exits in residential buildings’heat preservation andenergy conservation with solar room.In the last, take a typical residential building in researching area as researching object, the author adjusted the plan, took series energy conservation methods,ventilation and lighting optimal design, through simulation software such as DeST-h,Phoenics2009, Ecotect and Radiance comparison and analyzing to energy consumption,ventilation and lighting for original project and reformed project, the reformed effectverified.The essay combined by6parts.1st part was introduction, current situation, content,methods, aims and meanings for this issue are introduced.2nd part mainly analyzedfour rural residential buildings plan in Shandong based on heating mode.3rd partproposed Shandong rural residential building indoor environment design calculationstandard after researching indoor thermal comfort temperature.4th part tested andanalyzed ordinary residential buildings and residential buildings with solar room’stemperature.5th part used Shandong rural typical residential building as researchingobjects, propose a series of reforming optimal methods for existing problems, which arealso verified in software simulation. The last part is conclusion and vista.
