Concentration photovoltaic (CPV) technology that is the core of concentration solarcell, it is responsible for high focus solar energy conversion to electricity. Comparedwith other kinds of solar cell, concentration solar cell can maximize the use of solarenergy resources. It has good temperature characteristic, high conversion efficiency,short energy recovery cycles and other advantages.Under the condition of high concentrated, the solar cell temperature is very high,working current density is large, so high reliability requirements for solar cells. Inactual use, ensure that the application of system safe, reliable, stable work,concentration solar cell was packaging to the receiver.Concentrated receiver is in the substrate soldered cell, diode and connector,substrate is divided into ceramic substrates, copper plate, aluminum plate, etc.generally uses copper ceramic substrates. Through the electrode lead wire bondingprocess, and then glue on the heat sink. Concentrated receiver packaging not onlyprotects the solar cell, also have the effect of heat dissipation. However whenconcentrated ratio reaches500or even1000times, because the cell temperature andworking current rise further, in order to solve the problem of heat dissipation, will bemore stringent requirements for receivers of packaging technology.The thesis studied in one thousand times concentrated solar receiver packagingtechnology improvements, through a large number of experiments have successfullydeveloped a new vacuum lead-free soldering technology, the introduction of goldenbonding process, and adopt new high thermal conductive ceramic substrates, designoptical prism, receivers of modular design, and through the “ansys” software heatsimulation analysis to find out the cooling rule to optimize the heat sink, in order toimprove the focusing receiver reliability to make it meet the requirements of onethousand times concentrated receiver for heat dissipation.Eventually new technology and new design makes high concentration receivermodule can meet the requirements of reliability test, and ultimately conversionefficiency increases by about5%. Compared with power concentrated component cost500times concentrated component was reduced by25%.
