Tianjin city in recent years vigorously the development of city construction,Tianjin Chentang thermal power plant area has become the center of the city,according to the overall layout adjustment of Tianjin city development planning, inorder to improve the environment condition of the District, Tianjin city hall plan inthe southwestern suburbs to site planning and construction of large-scale cogenerationheating project, through land replacement and gradually move existing units inTianjin Chentang thermal power plant, thermal power plant will be the original areainto a new area of commercial, residential, leisure living as a whole throughcommercial development.In order to ensure the rationality and feasibility of the project of the water, wasthe Chentang Zhuang thermal power plant relocation of water resources projects. Thepurpose of this study was to rational development, conservation and protection ofwater resources as the principle, carries on the comprehensive analysis according tothe water law, regulations and industry standards, measures of water-saving andwater-saving potential and related construction projects, demonstration, water back tothe regional water environment, the user’s influence, proposes water resourcesprotection measures, in order to promote the allocation of regional water resourcesand water structure optimization adjustment, in the realization of efficient use ofwater resources and the scientific management of the construction project at the sametime, to meet the reasonable requirements for water, with water resource sustainabledevelopment and utilization of support for sustainable development of the localeconomy and society.
