| Organic solar cells because of its low cost, light quality, flexible and easy tomanufacturing characteristics such as large area, and will have broad prospect of applicationand development, become research hotspot in photovoltaic field now. Small molecule solarcells are presented in this paper the development history, development present situation, howto optimize and the working principle of organic small molecule solar cells and otherproblems are discussed in this paper, and the main material from the function of doping toimprove based on CuPc/C60organic small molecule solar cell performance. In this paper, theresearch and the analysis of the conclusions are as follows:Firstly, there we study organic small molecule solar cells. Our lab study organic smallmolecule solar cells for the fist time. On the basis of experimental apparatus and condition wefind the best condition of making organic small molecule solar cells based on CuPc/C60, at thesame time we find the best thickness of active layer. The final result analysis, when thethickness of active layer too thick or too thin is bad for the optimal features for device, whenthickness about130nm is the best.Secondly, we study ICBA doping on the performance of organic solar cells based onCuPc/C60. Add a functional materials ICBA whose level is between active layer CuPc and C60,this can effectively reduce the excitons trapping, increase the number of excitons, increase theshort circuit current density, so as to make the solar cell efficiency increase when add10%ICBA,has made device efficiency increased from1.72%to2.23%.Thirdly, active layer is studied for the performance of organic solar cells based onCuPc/C60. Research shows that the influence of moderate thickness of MoO3buffer layer hasin MoO3buffer layer based on CuPc/C60organic solar cells is studied, and a moderate amountof doping on the performance of the device is a kind of improvement. Finally, there hasspecial meaning to the characteristics increase of evaporation small molecule solar organic.with the combination of the above two kinds of optimizationTo sum up, through the doping research for small molecule solar cells, this paper hascreative thinking, for later have significance in the study of organic small molecule solar cells. |
