Electrical contact is the key structure of the equipment in automatic device, remotecontrol machinery, communication device and other mechanical equipment. Its quality andcontact element life directly affects the reliability of equipment operation. Slidingelectrical contact problem is one of the important problems in electrical engineering field.Good sliding electrical contact is the key to dynamic current-carrying, which affected thequality of the flow, once the contact failure will have serious consequences. The vibrationof the contact element reflects the dynamic stress state and affects its dynamiccurrent-carrying. So the vibration information of the measuring contact element anddynamic response analysis of the structure are very important research significance toreduce the element damage, improve the contact component life and reliability.Experiment about the high-speed sliding electrical contact has been taken and theexperimental results have been analyzed in this paper.The rail of the high-speed sliding electrical contact experiment machine was beentaken as the object, theory research about vibration information of the rail was carried on.Mechanical model of the electrical contact element was got which could be as a dampingvibration of single freedom system, according to the results of the solution can be predictthat this was a sine function characteristics of vibration, its amplitude was close to anexponential decay function.Transient vibration test method of the sliding electrical contact was studied. Basingon principle of optical fiber micro displacement measurement, the vibration test systemwas designed, STM32was used as the main control chip, the peripheral circuit involvedfiltering, data acquisition, A/D conversion, etc., and PC display and analysis system wasdesigned by LabVIEW, vibration information of the rail was got. Also due to theinterference of electromagnetic field to the result of the experiment, electromagneticprotection was taken by the interference sources, grounding technology and optical fibertechnology.Analysis method of the vibration information has been studied, the result of theexperiment was analyzed, and the relationship between the material and vibration parameters, such as the electric current, hydraulic and pressure was found out. the keyfactors influencing the vibration were been found, and the vibration signals based on theLabVIEW time-frequency domain analysis has been done, which provided the basis forthe working condition of the vibration of the high-speed sliding electrical contactexperiment system. The dynamic response of the contact element was studied based onfinite element technology, the modal analysis has been done about the high-speed slidingelectrical contact components, getting the inherent frequency of sliding electrical contactsystem and the inherent vibration mode, which was consistent with the experimentalresults and proved the correctness of the theoretical analysis, those analysis provided thetechnical basis for the structure transformation of high-speed sliding electrical contactsystem, vibration analysis and material analysis.
