With the rapid development of science and technology, the requirement for parts isbecoming more and more high in modern manufacturing industry. Besides consideringcutting processing materials, protecting the environment is also must be considered. Underthe this tendence, internal high pressure forming technology obtained the popularizationand development.It is the use of high pressure oil to bulging parts, make its produceplastic deformation, the processing of forming have many advantages:a high rate ofmaterials, strength,and higher precision.So the research of the internal high pressureforming machine bulging hydraulic control system of is of great significance.The main content of this topic main research can be divided into the following:Firstly, according to the technological requirements of the structure of internal highpressure forming technology, design hydraulic schematic diagram,and then according tothe system requirements for the design parameter to select hydraulic components model.Secondly,Making model and analysis of the components,according to the AMESim,mainly by the servo valve and the variable pump as an example to tell, adjusting therelated parameters to make the dynamic and static characteristics of components as far aspossible in accordance with the sample provided.Thirdly, selecting the PID controller under the requirement of the control systemdesign Making the model of boost control system and axial feeding position synchronousclosed-loop control system,and carry out the dynamic simulation analysis.Finally, building the hydroforming control system model, and fitting out a high loadcurve according to the samples provided by the load curve, then carrying out thesimulation analysis on the total system as input signal of system.This topic design is verified by the simulation results of50MN internal high pressureforming control system, meet the design requirements.
