At present, the methods which usually used to calculate unsteady heat conduction arethe Finite Element Method, the Finite Difference Method and so on. The above methodwhen solving complex thermal loads, geometry, boundary conditions, there is often a largeheat transfer calculation error. More importantly, in the high-intensity transient heatconduction process, the existing numerical methods can not effectively solve the generalthermal boundary high temperature gradients or excessive heating rate and other issues. Therefore, this paper proposes a recursive iterations complex arithmetic plus new ways toimprove the accuracy of non-steady-state heat conduction temperature field. The finite difference is used to calculate unsteady temperature field. Firstly, differential equation of difference scheme is strictly derived through the classical theory ofheat conduction. Solving differential transient temperature field, the reasons of oscillationis analyzed through VB programming. Then, calculation accuracy of difference scheme isdiscussed further. Each calculation error which causes by Finite-Difference, is analyzed andsummarized. On this basis, the paper proposes a new calculation model of Recursion–Iteration. For the first time, iterative links is increased in time domain. According to theprinciple of weighted residual, the Recursion–Iteration finite element about transient heatconduction has been derived. Theoretically, it has carried on the more immediatedetermination in order to improve the calculation accuracy of unsteady and non-Fourierheat conduction.Lastly, the Fortran language is used for compiling the computational program whichmeet the unsteady heat transfer and Non-Fourier effect. Combining specific example, thepaper validate the correctness of the procedures and discuss advantages of the newcalculation model on the calculation of transient temperature field problems.
