The three dimensional (3D) design tools have been widely used in the designprocess of seekers. However, the current3D tools can not satisfy all the requirements, such as workflow, knowledge, model and data reusing, which are the key technology forimproving the design efficiency of seekers. In this thesis, a framework of thedomain-driven design is established and the event-driven design and the fusion of thedesign information and process information are explored. The main contents andachievements are described as follows:⑴The design process of seekers is analyzed systemically, and the characteristics ofthe design process is studied. Additionally, the development trends of the seeker designis discussed, and domain-driven design of the seeker in3D environment is proposed, providing a new approach for the rapid design of seekers.⑵Combining the design process of the seeker, the demand of the designer and thefeature of the structure of the seeker, the modular design and the fusion technology ofdesign and process are studied.⑶By introducing the virtual skeleton model (VSM), events are integrated on VSM,hence that the modular design and the reuse of the domain knowledge and data ofseekers are achieved by event driven design method.⑷Considering the feature of the design and manufacturing of the seeker, twoinformation extended modes, including embedded information extension and linkedinformation extension are proposed, and the integration between the data of design andmanufacturing and the3D model is achieved.⑸Three different methods of achieving the integration of the design and process, the fusion of the design and the process information, collaborative design and theintegration of the structural design and process are proposed.⑹The prototype system of the fusion of the design and process is developed, theprogramming environment is described, the whole framework as well as the function ofthe system and the information model are designed, which provides support for therapid design of the seeker. |
