Food crisis has become a social focus.Whether in the field of food processing orin the fields of architecture, people are paying more and more attention to foodstorage.Especially in modern times, facing the population increasing, how to makefood storage effectively to ensure an adequate supply of food is a very important anddifficult.This paper first introduces stored with the food on the importance of thedevelopment of our country, the analysis of the current situation of the domestic foodstorage, as well as including the lack of launching and implementation of scientificand technological work.Introduces grain respiration, temperature and humidity, the impact on food pests andmicroorganisms from the biological point of view.Brief after-ripening and aging mechanism, as well as their impact on theprocessing of food quality and food value.This paper analysised the wheat granary in Xi’an based on the investigation onthe spot. The investigation of wheat granary’s thermal environment in Xi’an, presentsa survey of the purpose, process, content, steps and methods.
