All the bridge design process and the operational need to build finiteelement model to analyze and calculate the bridge. But there are many thesame types but different geometry of the bridge in the actual design. Thetraditional modeling methods efficiency is relatively low and the workrepetitive is relatively large, Although domestic GQJS, bridges Dr. and otherbridges structural analysis software has some automatic modeling capabilities, But the analysis effect is not ideal in the practical application. Therefore, thispaper based on the finite element software ANSYS, Combined with thegraphics processing capabilities software AutoCAD, Use APDL(ANSYSParametric Design Language language) Comes with ANSYS, Research the method of bridges parametric modeling and model parameters analysis, Andcombined engineering examples of Guizhou Province Hongfeng Bridge,to establish the finite element parametric model and finite element simulationanalysis for key parts of the bridge. The main research contents are as follows:(1) This paper analyzes the acquisition of3D point cloud data, de-noising,registration and restoration and other pretreatment technology, and makes keyparts of Guizhou Province Hongfeng Bridge an actual scanning by the OptechILRIS-3D scanner provided by Key Laboratory, GuizhouProvincial Information and Computing Science Key Laboratory, andmakes point cloud model a corresponding pretreatment by a pre-processingsoftware Polyworks.(2) This paper studies the feature extraction method of point cloud data, Extract model feature of the bridge tower、zipper、bridge deck point cloud,By analyzing it can obtain related constraints parameters of data model. Thismethod firstly extracts boundary feature of bridge tower by Matlab, then analyze structural features of bridge tower, finally, to build mathematicalconstraint relations of the bridge towers、zipper、bridge deck.(3) This paper researches the theory of finite element modeling, ANSYSsoftware modeling methods and parametric technology, introduces theparametric principles and techniques of finite element modeling, use ANSYSas a platform, designs parametric modeling program by using APDL(ANSYSParametric Design Language language),establish a more convenient andefficient bridge parametric modeling module.(4) This paper studies method for putting the parametric theory tocontinue to load、calculation and the extraction stage of results. Firstly, analysisthe actual stress and the actual load conditions of the bridge, Use theprogramming language to apply the actual load to the model, then calculateloaded model and extract the results after analysis and calculation. Throughanalysis of the results of the displacement, thus apply the results to theevaluation in the health and stability of the bridge structure in GuizhouProvince, a major industrial and technological projects:“A quick evaluationon the state of expressways and high slope stability based on the theory ofdigital graphics media technology research and application ([Guizhou Branchtogether the GZ the word (2012)3017])”.
