PHC pipe piles as improving foundation bearing capacity and meet the needs of the largeprojects more widely used in our country. However, because of the complexity of the PHC pipepile-soil interaction, theoretical research is not mature, which requires engineering continuously putforward new problems and solving new problems, make increasingly sophisticated theory practiceand better services for the projet. basied on theoretical research and combined with the engineeringexample, the use of numerical simulation software FLAC3D under static load bearing characteristicsof PHC pipe pile-soil interaction and related influence factors were analyzed, The main researchresults are as follows:(1) describes the development and application of PHC pipe pile-soil interaction, and Field studyPHC pipe pile-soil interaction, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation studies and otherresearch methods and summarized.(2) Under stastic load summarizes the basic theory of PHC pipe pile-soil interaction of bearingcharacteristics, this paper introduces the factors influencing the load transfer of single pile, and thetime effect and soil compaction effect, effect of soil plug and the destruction of the single pile formmade simple introduction.(3) according to the basic knowledge of FLAC3D, using FLAC3D combined with theengineering example, under static load bearing characteristics of PHC pipe pile-soil interaction issimulated and the calculation results were analyzed, which shows that under the vertical load, thesimulated by FLAC3D and load-bearing characteristics of PHC pipe pile-soil interaction and relatedinfluence factors is feasible;Through standard solution compared with the calculated value ofsimulation is obtained according to the standard design of PHC pipe piles is more conservative,considering interaction of piles-soil, using the modified single pile limit bearing capacity formulacalculation results and the simulation value of basic consistent, for PHC pipe pile in the design,construction and detection, to provide reliable reference.(4) respectively different interface parameters, different pile diameter, pile length, the elasticmodulus of soil, the different influence factors such as elastic modulus of pile under vertical load ofPHC pipe pile-soil interaction simulated calculation and analysis, the results show that changing theparameters of contact surface, change the pile length, change pile diameter of PHC pipe pile-soilinteraction effect obviously, but changing the elastic modulus of soil and pile elastic modulus ofPHC pipe pile-soil interaction effect is not obvious. in practical engineering, can be appropriate bychanging the pile diameter, pile length and pile-soil interface parameters to improve the purpose ofoptimization design of PHC pipe pile in order to achieve the purpose of cost savings.
