Aero-engine/aircraft integrated modeling techniques based on Matlab and engine performance parameters estimated based on Aero-engine simplified adaptive model are mainly included in this thesis.Firstly, Matlab platform is used to establish a suitable rapid control prototyping engine/aircraft integrated model. Based on C language, the dynamic link library-MEX is generated through adding the interface functions in the aero-engine/aircraft integrated model. Finally, build the aero-engine/aircraft integrated model by calling MEX files in Matlab platform to model and simulation.For differences between individuals aero-engine components occur degenerate and other issues, the engine will be diagnosed promptly through the establishment of a simplified adaptive model. First, a baseline module of the simplified model is established through a neural network, then, this baseline module will make up a steady-state basis points module together with state variable model. The steady-state basis points module will be used to obtain the current condition of the measured parameters of the engine. Then, use Kalman filter to estimate engine’s health parameter. Finally, the accurate track of engine’s performance parameters will come in true by the performance parameters tracking module.Due to wide range of aero-engine’s work and parameter, a simplified adaptive model that establishes the single point cannot meet the requirements of the aero-engine control system. Therefore, in order to realize expansion of simplified model diagnosis envelope, baseline module and performance parameter tracking module of the model are re-designed with bilinear interpolation. The simulation results show that the simplified model is able to accurately estimate the engine performance parameters.In view of the contradiction that actual aero-engine sensors’number much less than engine heath parameters’ number, a simplified model based on singular value decomposition (SVD) algorithm is designed, accurately tracking the real engine according to amount sensor’signals.
