| It was the most direct and effective way to guarantee the sustainable combat capability of aircraftby aircraft battle damage assessment and repair. Damage model of wing skins under projectile andshock wave were established based on finite element method software LS-DYNA. Damagemechanism, damage patterns, and damage degree were got by analyzing the simulation results.Compare the simulation results with the experiment results, the result shows that two results is basicconsistent.In this paper, the damage of wing skins under projectile and shock wave were studied as follows:1.The structure of wing skins was analyzed, the equivalent model was established, and the basiccharacteristics of projectile and shock wave were studied.2.Damage model of wing skins under typical long rod projectile was established, angle, damagesize, ballistic limit velocity, residual velocity and mass were analyzed, then work out the damagetypes and the damage degree of wing skins.3.The shock wave of explosion can be simplified as triangle load, the damage model of wingskin under the shock wave was established, deformation process, movement tendency, stress changeof the equivalent model were analyzed, then work out the damage types and the damage degree ofwing skins.4.The reason of the coupling effect between projectile and shock wave was analyzed, thedamage model of wing skins under coupling effect was established, the sequence was analyzed, thenwork out the damage types and the damage degree of wing skins. Influence laws of damage result bythe projectile velocity, the peak overpressure, and the press time were studied.Damage research of wing skins under projectile and shock wave can give some references tobattle damage assessment of wing skins, and provide evidence for making plans and repairment. |
