Currently, in order to meet the requirements of high-performance fighter and to control theoxygen supply equipment by using computer, electronically oxygen supply technology has becomethe development trend of aviation oxygen supply protection. As the actuator of oxygen supply system, the electronic oxygen supply regulator is kind of on-going study in our country.Based on the requirements of aviation oxygen supply protection and the cabin pressureinstitution, this paper has done a research on electronical oxygen supply system. According to thebackground and current situation of oxygen supply system in our country and abroad, the paper getthe superiority of electronic oxygen supply regulator from the operating principle of traditionalmechanical-pneumatic and electronic oxygen supply regulator. According to principles of theelectronic oxygen supply regulator, a tablet valve as the oxygen supply valve has been selected anddesigned, as well as the structure of regulator. It has numerically simulated the flow region of theregulator by using CFD software. Firstly, the valve dimension has been designed on the basis of fluxformula. Then, a model of the regulator is built and meshed by using CATIA and ICEM CFD. At last, using k-ε torrent model and coupled solver in FLUENT, the calculating of3-d state is done. Thevalues of flow rate are based on different states, such as valve displacements, outlet pressures and soon. Then, the flux characteristics of values are on research aspect of this paper. Besides, the variationcharacteristics of the flow region has been analyzed by dynamic mesh technique in process of thevalve movement. The aerodynamic forces have been considered in the paper also. The results indicate that the oxygen supply regulator meets flow requirements of normal flightand maximum instantaneous flow requirements. Comparing the results between the static simulationand dynamic simulation, the flux variations are approximate. The analysis in this paper is meaningfulto the design of electronic oxygen regulator by using numerical simulation method.
