The flight range is more forgoing at the mach number, attack of angle for the hypersonic vehicle.The Dutch Roll is unsteady, the kinematic coupling in roll maneuver is serious and aileron to rollcontrol is reverse at large mach and attack of angle. Thus the Dutch Roll coupling mode and thecontrol coupling mode are researched, and the lateral coupling control strategies are designed in thispaper for the hypersonic vehicle.In order to analyze the coupling characteristic, the five free coupling dynamic model of thehypersonic vehicle is built. The mechanisms of pneumatic coupling, control coupling, kinematiccoupling and inertial coupling are analyzed. And the linear small perturbation equations are builtfurther, which make use of linear small-perturbation principle.The frequency and the damp of Dutch Roll coupling mode are deduced from the lateralsmall-perturbation equation. The static steady derivative of Dutch Roll is analyzed. Using root locusanalyzes the mechanism of damping the Dutch Roll, when it uses the feedback of sideslip, the yawrate and the roll rate. And the mechanism of feedback of rate of sideslip is also deduced at the base ofthe lateral small-perturbation equation.The lateral control departure parameter is researched, which shows the stabilization of controlcoupling mode. In order to solving the roll control under the roll reverse, the feedback of improvingstabilization and ail rudder interface are designed from ameliorating control coupling mode, therudder to roll control is designed from obviating control coupling mode, the aileron reverse to rollcontrol is designed from using control coupling mode, which are compared to each other. Thesimulations are conducted, the differences is analyzed finally.The serious kinematic coupling, inertial coupling,Dutch Roll coupling and control couplingmode in roll maneuver lead to the large sideslip. The sideslip control of kinematic coupling andinertial coupling are designed. The feedback of sideslip rate can damp the Dutch Roll and weaken thekinematic coupling. The aileron rudder interface can improve control coupling mode, weaken thekinematic coupling, and reduce the sideslip of aileron to roll control. Both them can help to restrainthe sideslip, and the simulations are made at the same time.
