| Hard X-ray modulation telescope, which used direct demodulation imaging method, canimplement X-ray imaging survey(1-250keV) of the whole universe, which has theworld’s highest sensitivity and spatial resolution between20and250keV. HXMT willimplement the high sensitivity of the sky all day, decompose the X-ray background.Middle energy X-ray telescope (ME) was hard X-ray modulation telescope (HXMT)satellite payload subsystem, it’s basic function is to survey5-30keV and the fixed pointobservation. ME can effectively fill the coverage gap of HXMT high-energy X-raytelescope (HE) and HXMT low-energy X-ray telescope (LE), and can measure objectswith HE and LE all band of X-ray energy spectrum and multiband time-varyingcharacteristics. This article first chapter are the simple introduction of HXMT,anddetailed introduction of ME calibration scheme, which mainly included the calibrationof energy response, the detection efficiency calibration and dead-time calibration; In thesecond chapter the structure and function of each part of ME calibration were introduced;In the third chapter the process of calibration experiments were described; The fourthchapter the results of the experiment were computed and analysed; Finally, we analysedthe spectrum of Am–241,which was used in the calibration experiments. |
