View of the generally faced a serious shortage of water resources in China, the slightlypolluted raw water recycling increasingly brought to the attention of the people. Seek a stableoperation and low processing cost, simple operation skills of the slightly polluted raw waterrecycling technology is becoming a hot spot of research. In this article, through thecoagulation sedimentation beaker experiment primary, coagulant, used for clarification tankand aeration biological pretreatment+vortexes clarifier processing when the slightly pollutedraw water dosing amount of coagulant and flocculate time effect on the treatment effect, todetermine clarifier and vortexes clarifier with biological aeration pretreatment before the bestoperation condition and the related design parameters.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1) Study the flocculation effect of PAC and FeCl3by coagulation sedimentation beakertest. Chosen coagulant was PAC, its best o-phenylenediamine was30mg/L.(2) Using vortex clarifier to process raw water, influent flow was10m3/h, and theflocculation time was6.8min, adding the quantity of PAC gradually increased from15mg/Lto40mg/L, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, UV254and CODCrof the waterrespectively was20NTU,6.5mg/L,0.3mg/L,0.072cm-1,56mg/L, the lowest turbidity,ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, UV254and CODCrof vortex clarifier effluent was1.043NTU,3.99mg/L,0.0432mg/L,0.0298cm-1,9.84mg/L, the corresponding adding thequantity was30mg/L.(3) Using vortex clarifier to process raw water of Kongmu-lake, PAC, when the addingthe quantity of PAC was30mg/L, the flocculation time was6.8min (traffic10m3/h),turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, UV254and CODCrremoval rates of the rawwater were94.2%,22.9%,84.8%,45.2%and78.5%, the removal efficiency of every indexwas best.By the test result shows that using vortex clarifier to process micro-polluted raw water ofKongmu-lake, under the best dosage,the removal rate of turbidity, total phosphorus, UV254and the CODCrof raw water are better, effluent water quality can meet the expectedrequirements, but for ammonia nitrogen removal rate in raw water is low, only22.9%.Therefore, we need to before the vortex clarifier with biological aeration pretreatmentprocess.(4) Biological aeration pretreatment+vortex clarifier process raw water of Kongmu-lake,the flocculation time was6.8min (traffic10m3/h), the dosage of PAC gradually increase from25mg/L to50mg/L, the turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, UV254andCODCrof the raw water respectively was17NTU respectively,9.5mg/L,2.1mg/L,0.25cm-1and65.6mg/L, PAC and o-phenylenediamine is40mg/L, the water turbidity, ammonianitrogen, total phosphorus, UV254and CODCr, lowest0.856NTU,1.92mg/L,0.328mg/L,0.0661cm-1,9.84mg/L.(5) The biological aeration pretreatment+vortex clarifier process t raw water ofKongmu-lake, aeration pretreatment pool of biological gas was gradually increasing from0.376m3/min to0.448m3/min, hydraulic retention time changes from2.0h to1.1h, PACdosing amount was40mg/L, the flocculation time gradually reduced from11.32min to11.32min (flow from6m3/h gradually increase to11m3/h), turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, totalphosphorus, UV254and CODCrremoval rate of the raw water were94.8%,80.8%,84.9%,80.8%and84.2%, the removal efficiency of each index was best, and the effluent waterquality reached the requirements of “urban sewage recycling water·landscape water quality”GB/T18921-2002.Test results by above knowable, aeration biological pretreatment+vortex clarifier canimprove the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and organic matter in raw water, andwater quality has reached the requirements of “urban sewage recycling water·landscape waterquality” GB/T18921-2002, so the biological aeration pretreatment+vortex clarifier processmicro-polluted raw water of Kongmu-lake is technically feasible.
