Corrugated steel webs webs of concrete box girder bridge is a replacement or a new flatsteel bridge structure with corrugated steel webs webs. This new box girder structure hasmany advantages, such as corrugated steel webs with high shear and tensile strength, solve theproblem of cracking of concrete box girder webs always existed; Because corrugated steelwith longitudinal folds effect, the longitudinal stiffness is almost zero, reduce the roof andfloor of creep and shrinkage of concrete constrains, greatly improve the effect of roof andfloor of prestressed and so on several advantages. Some scholars of this structure is a lot ofstatic aspects of research, but the dynamics have been lagging behind. In this paper, thestructural dynamics of species has done some research, as described below.Derived and solved coupled vibration equation. vehicle vibration equation is derivedfirst from simple to complex, respectively for one half a quarter vehicle model, two axis, twomolecular terminating shaft vehicle model, vehicle model three-axis vehicle model for vehicle.The bridge and the vehicle is divided into two subsystems, each vibration equations wereestablished through the point of contact with the wheel bridge balance between geometriccompatibility conditions coupled with the ability to perform; due to the direct use of finiteelement model of the bridge to calculate multiple degrees of freedom, a lot of work, in orderto reduce the computational degrees of freedom, using modal synthesis techniques and the useof Newmark-β method to solve for the equation.Deck roughness is considered to be one of the main factors affecting the axle coupledvibrations. This paper and the corresponding national standards GB/T7031-86A, B, C threeroad roughness reconstruction based on harmonic superposition method, and a correspondingnumerical calculation software program MATLAB-based software.Understand the impact of horizontal clapboard and quantity influence on the dynamiccharacteristics of the corrugated steel web plate box girder. The use of general finite elementsoftware ANSYS established five simple box girder models were as follows:①no diaphragmplate corrugated steel web plate box girder;②three pieces of midspan diaphragm platecorrugated steel web box girder (diaphragm plate location:1/4,1/2and3/4across);③twopieces of the diaphragm plate corrugated steel web plate box girder;④five piece of thediaphragm plate corrugated steel web plate box girder(diaphragm plate location: two piecesof the horizontal clapboard and1/4,1/2and3/4across).⑤concrete box girder. Each modelwere extracted first ten vibration characteristics were analyzed. In order to verify the accuracyof the calculation results, the Ansys software separately using the Midas-Civil software to the related examples are analyzed.To splash and bridge engineering background, build bridges finite element model byANSYS, analysis of vehicle speed, road surface irregularity, the impact of the bridge on thebridge shock damping coefficient values. Summed up the impact factor of the specificationdefines various countries, draw the corresponding value, and with numerical solutions werecompared.
