PC continuous rigid-frame bridge is one of the familiar bridge types in the highwaybridge, How fast, accurate, economically to carry on bearing capacity test of bridge structurehas become a research focus of bridge at home and abroad. At present, China has built highpier large-span PC continuous rigid frame bridges, but no uniform standard specification canrefer to the load testing experiment, the companies that undertake the test basically refer to thegeneral professional standards, special professional standards and the existing PC continuousrigid frame bridge load test program and loading conditions. So high pier long-span PCcontinuous rigid frame bridge load test in the load efficiency coefficient values, selection ofload test conditions, the reasonable value range of verification coefficient and so on also arenot very perfect. Therefore, it is necessary to study the above problems.In view of these problems of the present high pier long-span PC continuous rigid framebridge load test, this paper mainly studies the following three aspects.(1)For high pier long-span PC continuous rigid frame bridge, decreasing andoptimizing the load efficiency coefficient is discussed. This paper takes the load testingexperiment conditions of Wei Jiazhou bridge for example, decreasing and optimizing its loadefficiency coefficient of the first condition and the fourth condition. Finally, taking reducingand optimizing load efficiency coefficient of Zhu Ximu bridge for example to verify thepracticability and accuracy of this method in practical project in this paper.(2)According to the structural own characteristics of high pier long span PCcontinuous rigid-frame bridge, the mergence and optimization problem of load testingexperiment conditions are put forward. That is merging more conditions into one condition forload testing experiment. Finally, combining with the mergence and optimization of loadtesting experiment conditions of the San Shuihe bridge, the paper determines the operationconditions that can be merged of the high pier long span PC continuous rigid-frame bridgestructure.(3)The ranges of verification coefficient aiming at different main girder position of thehigh pier long span PC continuous rigid-frame bridge are studied. The paper determines the ranges of verification coefficient that obey the95%confidence interval aiming at differentgirder main position of the high pier long span PC continuous rigid-frame bridge, and theranges of verification coefficient are divided into five categories that is A, B, C, D, and E.By the research of the load efficiency coefficient optimization of Wei Jiazhou bridge andZhu Ximu bridge, it is determined that the range of load efficiency coefficient of high pierlong span PC continuous rigid-frame bridge should be reduced. By discussing theoptimization of the load testing experiment conditions of the San Shuihe bridge, it is obtainedthat the most-positive girder bending condition and the maximum girder deflection conditionof the14th across and the11th across can be combined into one conditions. By analyzing alarge number of main girder position’s verification coefficients of the domestic high pier longspan PC continuous rigid-frame bridge structure. It is obtained that the reasonable range of themain test conditions’ verification coefficients of main girder. |
