| In recent years,with the rapid development of the automotive industry,the problem oftraffic,traffic congestion,road service level and other issues have brought increased,theexisting road has been unable to meet needs of the economic development and daily trafficvolume,the urgent need for the original highway renovation and expansion.From this paper,the section from Luohe to Zhumadian of the expressway of BeijingHong Kong and Macao which of the actual situation of the expansion project,excerptingtypical section in order to analyze the road between new and old of the basis differences,which use the method of primarily through domestic and international data access andengineering research combines,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation and the Indoorgeotechnical centrifuge testing and engineering applications combined with other technicalmeans. The main contents are summarized as follows:(1) By researching of the representative highway vehicles in Henan province andanalyzing of the shaft type and axle load spectrum,the traffic features of “big traffic†andâ€too much overweighting vehicles†are figured out in the road of Henan provinceï¼›meanwhilethe factors in traffic load which is under the construction and operation in widening projectare studied in this paper.(2) Based on the particularity of the highway widening project engineering old roadbedinteraction, using the finite element simulation of shear stress and displacement of theentire roadbed foundations Treatment in different ways to analyze the road; roadbed of the oldand new vertical displacement,horizontal displacement and differential settlement featurecarried out a detailed analysis,the differential settlement control standards meet the optimaldesign.(3) Combine different test section design, the use of technology differencesgeotechnical centrifuge test methods under different foundation Treatment old roadbedsubsidence measurements and comparative analysis,failure mode also studied law andsugared settlement wet state under the new and old roadbed,and relying on a combination ofsettling differences between control requirements engineering and economic analysis putforward reasonable foundation treatment program. |
