| Based onelectromagneticinductionprinciple, inductive coupled powertransmission (ICPT) system can realize power transfer with non-contact. As avoidingthe spark in traditional power transfer methods, ICPT is more safe and reliable andhas broad application prospects. At present, the study on ICPT system is focused onsingle phase ICPT system. However, three-phase ICPT system can realize highlypower capacity transmission and the output harmonic is decreased. Moreover, thethree-phase ICPT system can satisfy the demand for power transmission withmulti-load. So the three-phase ICPT system is researched in this paper.First, the basic composition and principle of three-phase ICPT are studied. Eachcomponent of three-phase is introduced in detail, such as three-phase inverter circuitand power compensation circuit. The SS three-phase ICPT system with Y connectionof primary coils is selected.Then, the equivalent model of three-phase ICPT system with multi-load is builtand the impedance property is analyzed, with the expression of output power andefficiency reached. The influence on output power and efficiency is analyzed, and tooptimized the output power and efficiency of the system, the load resistance and themutual inductance coupling value are optimized. A method to change the mutualinductance coupling value though changing the relative position between primarycoils and secondary coils is studied and analyzed to meet the demand of output powerand efficiency of the system.After that, to solve the imbalance of primary three-phase current of three-phaseICPT system with different load, several common current control strategies areintroduced and analyzed, and the PR controller is selected to control primarythree-phase current. The method to realize the primary three-phase current ofthree-phase ICPT system balanced through PR controller and SVPWM arithmetic isprovided. Meantime, the design of the parameters of PR controller and the realizationof SVPWM arithmetic is given in this paper.Finally, the simulation and experiment of the ICPT system are researched toverify correctness of the theory. The result of simulation and experiment indicates thatthree-phase ICPT system can realize power supply for multiple loads and the controlof primary three-phase current of three-phase ICPT system through PR controller is effective. |
