The process acceleration of the global economic integration makes a wider scopeof technical exchanges between domestic and foreign enterprises, more and morelarge-scale engineering projects like petrochemical,metal lurgy,power projectsimplement at home and abroad, the large-scale and heavy-scale of the equipments hasbecome a new trend. However, these projects involving a range of equipmentsprocurement and delivery activities, making the communication in the fields ofequipments, products and technical exchanges more frequent, this has also provided abroad market for the bulky cargo logistics.Generally, multi-model transports are using in the international bulky cargologistics, the route is long and the bulky cargos are valuable, the process is affected byvehicles, route conditions, transit nodes and other elements, any omission occurringduring the logistics operation would cause bulky cargo great damage, and affect theprogress of engineering projects seriously. At present, there are series of inappropriateproblems such as transport structure irrationality, transport modes improperly links inthe bulky cargo logistics multi-model transports, so how to choose the best programof the transports in order to ensure the success is the primary problem which thelogistics decision-makers should consider.Firstly, through a large number of Bulky cargo transportation, intermodal andrelated domestic and international transportation route optimization analysis andsummary of the literature, I obtain Bulky cargo intermodal transportation routeoptimization theory development and success of the literature review. For defects ofBulky cargo transport studies, the focus of this paper is to study the proposedmultimodal approach under Bulky cargo transport path optimization. Secondly, thethesis analyzes the organizational process intermodal, establishes the general model ofmultimodal. Then on the basis of the model, according to the characteristics of bulkygoods, analyze the transportation routing, transportand transit station of Bulky cargoin intermodal.From the analyzing, we know Bulky cargo transportation routeoptimization is actually a combination of transport between the virtual network graphnodes each city transport paths and transport optimization problem. The paper givesfull consideration to the time and cost of transportation time between nodes in eachcity, transport costs and transit node facelift, Establishes simultaneously0-1mixedinteger programming model transport path selection and choice of transport Bulky cargo of multimodal models. With the complexity of the model, this paper use geneticalgorithms, constructs a virtual network diagram, presence shipped to the presence ofnon-adjacent cities and alternative urban transportation path problem of incompleteprocessing and transport network, across the city adjacent to the presence ofnon-existence of alternative urban transportation path and deal with the problem ofincomplete in transport networks. Uses natural number coding scheme and use geneticoperators of climbing handling.By the adaptive crossover and mutation methods,solve the model for multimoda of bulky cargo.Finally, this paper combines the example of transport Bulky cargo fromZhengzhou to Seattle, by collecting the final actual data,use the model andalgorithm,we get the optimal solution to get transport route and transport method.Through the calculation and verification of actual cases,it proves modeling approachof this paper can be a good deal combining various modes of transport and transportpath optimization problem. The use of genetic algorithms can get good results withhigher efficiency. We conclude for the railway transport large transit fee of moreexpensive, more time-consuming defects,so bulky transport should choose roadtransport with flexible and efficient select mode.
