| The advantage of steel and concrete in Material properties were made full use of byReinforced concrete column-steel beam composite structure. RCS is a sustainabledevelopment structural system. Comprehensive performance of RCS is better than thetraditional reinforced concrete frame structure and steel frame structure, RCS is known asthe “low cost and high efficiencyâ€. If using this system to prefabricated construction todevelop fabricated hybrid structure, it will change our extensive building construction andconform building industry developing tend. And there is no doubt that it is has importanteconomic and social significance. In order to make full use of the advantages of hybridstructure (RCS) system, we combine characteristics of weakening extended node withresearch of energy dissipation technology, three different mixed nodes which bolted in drywork are proposed.In order to study on the seismic performance of the type of prefabricated RCS hybridstructure, three different mixed nodes which bolted in dry work are proposed. Through thequasi-static test, the failure characteristic, failure mechanism and seismic performance of thethree joints of core area and steel beam splicing are studied. Experimental results show that:(1) the position of plastic hinge is out-transmitted to the weakening section which mayavoid the unfavorable influence of plastic hinge on the joint core by the weakened structuralmeasures of overhanging beam, strong column and weak beam of the seismic designrequirements is realized.(2) The energy consumption of steel beam connection with doublecover plates is better than that of connection with single cover plate.(3) Taking steelstructural measures without stirrups, core area of joint has higher bearing capacity and goodenergy performance.(4) Z shape is showed and the large slip is reflected by the hystereticcurves of the joint of splice plate.(5) The hysteretic curve is spindle-shaped by using theextended end-plate semi-rigid joint, the end plate buckling can be dissipated energy, andgood seismic performance is reflected.(6) Adding frictional copper plate in the inside of thecover can play a very good energy dissipation effect. Through the reasonable design, theearthquake damaged component can also be repaired and replaced.On the basis of experiment research, combining with the failure characteristic ofexperiment in order to establish a moment-rotation model which is used to analysis energydissipation splice joint in the frame structure by using the non-linear connection unit. TheRCS hybrid structure energy node is simulated. Comparing the result, the curves of thenumerical simulation and the experimental curves are basically the same. Therefore, we can use the connection unit to simulate the actual splice node which can dissipate the energy byfriction.In order to study that the seismic performance of the frame structure was affected bythe type of prefabricated RCS hybrid structure, the analysis model of considering ordinaryframe structure and frame structure with friction energy dissipation node were respectivelyestablished by SAP2000to conduct modal analysis and pushover analysis which was useddisplacement control method in two kinds of loading mode.The research shows thatflexibility of the connection will affect lower natural vibration period and have very littleinfluence on the high order mode; the prefabricated RCS hybrid structure with nodes thatdissipate the energy by friction can effectively reduce the bottom force. Good ductility wasshown. The layer displacement angle of the structure meets the requirements of the seismiccode. |
