Solar energy is worth of development and utilization because of itsadvantages of rich, widespread and renewable. Solar cell is an effective way totransform the solar energy directly into electricity. Researchers are always focuson the low cost, easy to preparation and high efficiency solar cells. SiliconNanowires (SiNWs)/Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) Poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS) hybrid solar cells are attract our attention because of its low cost,easy to preparation, high light absorption coefficient, wide spectral absorptionrange and high carrier mobility. by metal-assisted chemical etching method tocontrol and prepare large area, low cost, high quality Silicon nanometer array, thespin coated with high electrical conductivity of PEDOT: PSS is a research hotspotin recent years. But the existing studies pay more attention to the device structureand its basic phenomenon, the paper reveals the intrinsic factors and rule about thepolymer performance, nanowires p-n junction and electrode preparation. Thepurpose of the paper is improving device performance.Research on the optoelectronic performance of PEDOT: PSS thin film bydope with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). And the result shows that the PEDOT: PSSfilms optoelectronic performance and device performance improved significantlywhen DMSO doping content is4%.The experimental results show that the optical properties and deviceperformance are influenced by the length and agglomeration morphology ofnanowires when spining with polymer. The solar cell has the best performancewhen the nanowire length is3.8m. And the discreteness of nanowires canimproved by using KOH etching and then formed a continuously homogeneousradial junction with polymer thin film. The power conversion efficiency reach4.65%, and fill factor reach67.28%. while the nanosize silver particles depositedon the top of the nanowire can also increase the performance of the cell, because ofnanoparticles increased the reflection between the nanowires and the lightabsorption with interface to some extent.Studys show that Ag electrodes and ITO electrode have a good applicationprospects by comparison on the different type devices performance.afterresearched the preparation and properties of the silver gate electrode, Cu thin layerelectrode, ITO electrode and AZO transparent electrode, parper also reveals thatthe electricity performance of Ag electrodes and Cu thin electrode is better thanthat of ITO and AZO transparent electrode, but its optical performance is just theopposite. In this paper, we studied the inherent law of the influence of theSiNWs/PEDOT:PSS hybrid solar cells device performance by polymer doped,nanowires adjustment, modify and electrode preparation. The study will providethe reference for further enhance the device performance and in-depth study on thedevice of organic/inorganic hybrid solar cells base on nanowires.
