Now design puts more and more attention to people-oriented", so acoustic environment is the most important part of humanizationdesign. Acoustic environment is closely relates to human health, and especiallyin the physical and psychological will have a significant impact on people. For along time, our country didn’t put into the corresponding attention in the soundenvironment on design plan, so that leading to a lot of problems.Firstly, it should analysis of the OCT community situation, from the design,the layout of the building, as well as the traffic planning. And explain the basicconcepts and related theories of the noise. Define the noise concept and thecategory of noise in this paper, and the main factors affecting the noiseincluding design factors and subjective social and psychological factors. Then itneed to analysis of the main principles of noise optimization, including thewhole principle, the principle of economy and the regional principle.The next, through software, measurement and questionnaire assess thenoise environment, and analysis which is mainly influence the OCT communitynoise environment.In the end, on the basis of the measures of noise reduction that the OCT hasapplied, including planning layout, landscape and traffic planning. So thatsummary the better methods how to reduce the noise. And put forward thereduction suggestions to the main problems of the OCT community noiseenvironment, so that provide some references to how to design the comm unityacoustic environment.The paper intents to provide reference for the evaluation and optimizationon the sound environment in China though putting forward therecommendations on the research of the sound environment in the OCTcommunity, and then these references can enrich the means and the methods ofthe design. |
