| In order to popularize the application of coal gangue concrete in civil engineering, thepaper studies the mechanical, durability, physical, chemical properties of coal gangueconcrete,the mechanism properties and failure mechanism of its building blocks throughexperimental study and theoretical analysis. The main word has done as follow:1) The mechanical tests have done to coal gangue concrete to research its compression,fracture resistance, elastic modulus and cracking. We have obtained the basic performanceand technical indicators based on the experimental results, and given a set of mixing designmethod of the coal gangue concrete.2) In order to study the influence of the reinforcement ratio, strength of concrete, andshear span ratio to the load-deflection curve, failure mode and strain distribution ofreinforced coal gangue concrete beam, the static performance test to four reinforced coalgangue concrete beams have done. By comparing the test results with the existing nationalnorms, the paper has given stress-strain relation formula of coal gangue concrete.3) In order to study the influence of the strength of concrete, sectional dimensions andreinforcement ratio, four reinforced coal gangue concrete columns were under the lowcyclic loading test. The failure mode, hysteresis curve, strength, stiffness, ductility, energydissipation capacity and strain distribution have been researched based on the experimentresults.4) Based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis, some reasonablemeasure has been proposed and theoretical reference for reinforced coal gangue concretecomponents in engineering applications have been given. |
