In order to improve the environment of construction site, improve the health of theworkers, sprayer has become a kind of dust removal equipment widely used today. It ismainly produced by axial flow fan’s wind shoot water mist by nozzlel out.Water mist anddust particles in the air clung together, make the dust deposition, purifying the air qualitygreatly.As the core component of the sprayer, axial fan is worth to study. Rapidlydevelopment of CFD numerical simulation technology save the research time anddevelopment costs. This article mainly study aims at the wind velocity field of the axialflow fan, take2m/s of wind speed as the sprayer fog range,and the fog range is the maingoal of optimization.By changing the structural parameters of axial flow fan and find outthe effect of axial flow fan structure of wind field, find out the optimal structureparameters combination, to lay the foundation for the research of axial flow fan.This paper studies the axial flow fan structure mainly includes the following aspects:blade installation angle, blade numbers, the length of the chimney fan, the exit diameter ofchimney fan, exit guide vane number, and exit guide vane shape. Axial flow fanperformance parameters mainly includes: air volume, export pressure, exit velocity, axialflow fan range distribution and the internal flow field distribution, etc.The study method of the paper include: first of all, model the different structureparameters of sprayer under the condition of the must motor speed; secondly take anumerical simulation of different structure parameters of axial flow fan withcomputational fluid dynamics software (FLUENT);finally, according to the results ofsimulation analysis, get the influence of different structure parameters on the axial flowfan performance, choose the optimal structure.
