Temperature is one of the major factors that affect material properties on variousaspects of material processing, and occupies a very high proportion of metallurgy, energy,defense, aerospace and other areas. Brightness radiant thermometer has been used widelyfor its simple structure, high cost performance and high precision temperaturemeasurement. But during temperature measurement the brightness radiant thermometer isvulnerable to outside interference environment which has a great influence on theaccuracy of the measurement data, and the calibration of the brightness radiantthermometer usually adopt the method of manual calibration which with high humanfactor and low repeatability. So the improvements of the brightness temperature measuringsystem and the accuracy of the measurement data have great significance. The paperimproved the brightness temperature measuring system and designed double degree offreedom automatic aiming system.In order to get accurate measurement data, the temperature measuring range,sensitivity, relative sensitivity, spectral response have been taken into consideration in thedesign of brightness temperature measurement system and select the appropriate operatingwavelength. The optical fiber type temperature acquisition technology is also used toacquire the data to reduce the influence of ambient temperature on electronic components.In addition, according to the characteristics of the data, the weighted least squares supportvector machine is used as a data processing method to improve the support vector machinesparse and robustness, and the weighted least squares support vector machine particleswarm optimization is used to optimize the modeling parameters, moreover the hardwareof the brightness temperature measuring system is designed and the software system ispresented based on LabVIEW.Aiming at the influence of artificial factors in the calibration process,the hardwarestructure and software system of double degree of freedom automatic aiming system isdesigned which mainly include the stepper motor and drive circuit, the four quadrantdetector conversion circuit and system design of mechanical structure. In the end, the designed system is verified through the experiment.
