With the deterioration of ecological environment and the consumption of fossilenergy, renewable energy power generation has been paid more attention. Wind powergeneration which is of low generating cost and flexible capacity. It plays an increasinglyimportant position in renewable energy power generation. But the output power of windpower generation has the characteristics of intermittent and randomness. With the inlargeof the scale of wind farm combined to the grid. The traditional dispatching method ofpower system has been unable to meet the security requirements of power system runningunder the new situation. Therefore, the research on dispatching method of power systemcontaining wind farm has very important theoretical and realistic significance.According to the characteristics of multi Agent system and power grid dispatching,the paper proposes a kind of intelligent dispatching containing wind farm system based onmulti Agent. According to the actual situation of power grid operation, the multi Agentsdispatching system is divided into management layer, dispatching layer and theconsumption layer Dispatching management center of power system is the managementlayer. Each grid unit is the dispatching layer. The user of power system is consumptionlayer. The multi Agent system adopts the blackboard model. The Communication amongconsumer layer of the multi Agent system uses the message transmission model. Theothers use the blackboard model.In multi Agent system scheduling model is studied in global Agent anddecision-making Agent, and explains its importance. Decision-making Agent providedecision support for global Agent. Based on this, power systems which contain wind farmsscheduling model is studied. To find the solution by apply of game theory. The traditionalgenerators and wind turbines are rivals. Power generation capacity of two parties is thestrategy set. According to that, we build mathematical model of game dispatching method.Through the consequences of Nash equilibrium of the model, we can obtain the strategywhich is of minimum generation cost.At last, considering the uncertainty of power systems which contain wind farmsscheduling. The paper analyses the example based on the improved nodal points of IEEE9 by the simulation. The dispatching approach proposed in this paper which is in theguarantee of the safe operation of the power system can reduce the cost of powergeneration system. It is reasonable to make full use of wind power. Reduce the systemcost.
