| With the increasingly fierce market competition, as well as the growth ofawareness of customer service, the product quality standards of the minicar main engineplants for rear axle manufacturing enterprise are also constantly improved. However, ithas many characteristic in minicar rear axle production process, such as wide rangematerials, complicated production technology, difficult to handle processing information.So it is difficult to monitor real-time and trace dynamically the quality information ofrear axle production process, especially the key process quality information, whichresults in high occurrence rate of rear axle quality problem with rear axle shell fracture,reducer abnormal sound, gear fracture, bearing damage, rear axle oil leak, half shaftfracture. It causes a great loss for the rear axle production enterprise, influences theminicar quality level seriously, also makes a great hidden danger in people’s life safety.Consequently, how to trace the rear axle quality issue back to key process link in theproduction workshop, and develop optimization scheme of problem process quicklyhave become one of the important tasks for the minicar rear axle manufacturingenterprise to improve product quality, reduce production cost and improve enterprisecore competitiveness.Based on the present situation and demand of quality traceability management ofkey process for minicar rear axle production process, a quality traceability system ofkey process for minicar rear axle was built, supportting quality information integrationand interaction, the key process quality traceability, and the development optimizationscheme of problem process quickly. And the architecture, function structure andoperation mode of the system were set up.On the basis of the above research in system structure and operation mode, thequality traceability information model of key process for minicar rear axle productionprocess and the integration framework of key process quality information were set up.And some key technologies such as key process quality traceability model method andquality problem analysis of minicars rear axle as well as problem process optimizationprocessing based on expert knowledge base were studied.Finally, based on the above research, aiming at actual situation and requirement ofChongqing Xiaokang Industry minicar rear axle manufacturing enterprise, a qualitytraceability system of key process for minicar rear axle production process had been designed and developed. It was applied to the rear axle production workshop of theenterprise, and the good application effect has been achieved. |
