| According to the testing needs in the production of a type of missile rudder servo,the rudder servo tester’s design work was carried out.The main works of this thesis were as follows:1. According to the research background of the rudder servo tester, the researchsituation about automatic test system at home and abroad are introduced, the advantagesand disadvantages of GPIB, VXI, PXI are compared. Then the plan that the ruddersystem tester will work on PXI platform are determined.2. The principle about rudder servo’s work are analyzed, and their mathematicalmodel are established, and the rudder servo’s test item and test method are confirmed.3. This thesis presents the tester’s general plan design on PXI platform,determines the architecture of the rudder servo tester, and chooses the type of PXIchassis, the PXI controller, and the main chips on testing board.4. Such work on the tester’s hardware have been completed: equipment selectionof the PXI chassis and PXI controller, the design of PCI bridge chip’s circuit andconfigure space, the design of A/D circuit with ralay array and lowpass, the design ofD/A circuit with invariableness current source, the placement and layout on PCBdesign.5. Such work on the tester’s software have been completed too: the design onsoftware architecture, the design of bottom layer function and their algorithmimplementation.6. The tester of rudder servo has been debugged, tested and checked for a long time,its performance is stabilized and reliable.The tester has been successfully applied in the rudder servo’s production andexperiment. Applying the tester to automatic test of the rudder servo is of greatpractical significance to the missile rudder servo’s production, testing, andmaintenance. |
