Fan disk is the key component in aero-engine. The advantage of structure directly affects theperformance of the compressor rotor. Hence,it is of importance to apply an appropriate structuraldesign method to design a fan disk.In order to figure out a high-performance fan disk, modernstructural optimization approach will be required. In terms of the relative complex construction, firstly,exploring an approach which can be satisfied with complex structural design. Next, with considering avariety of design criteria, a reasonable structure of fan disk can be achieved based on using thestructural optimization method.Taking the two viewpoints mentioned above into account, the thesis focuses on topologyoptimization of fan disk and the following aspects:1. Research on the idea of BESO and RSSA-BESO methods,and the arithmetic structure wasredesigned, a new topology optimization method based on self-adaption and randomsampling strategy (A-RSSA-BESO) was proposed, which not only overcomes the proneoscillation problems of the BESO method and variable-dependency issues of theRSSA-BESO method, but also inherits the advantages of high effect from the RSSA-BESOmethod.2. Research deeply the characteristic parameters of self-adaption strategy,and relativeparameters were confirmed. According to the example analysis, the validity ofA-RSSA-BESO method was proved as well as the reasonable and generality of theself-adaption strategy.3. Introduce additional periodic constraints into the A-RSSA-BESO method, which made themethod be appropriate for both non-periodic structure and macroscopic periodic structure.The reasonableness was confirmed by contrast.4. Base on the A-RSSA-BESO method, the multi-web fan disk topological optimizationdesign was carried out, and two new three web and four web fan disk design were obtained.The result shows that the weight of the two fan disks are reduced17.1%and19.42%,respectively, comparing with the single-web turbine disk under the same design conditions.
