The structural design of low-cost turbine engine has distinguished from conventional aircraftturbine engine. In order to provide a reference for the design of low-cost turbine engine in our country,the strength reserve and fatigue life of turbine disk were researched in this paper, the main work andconclusions were as follows:(1)Uniaxial tensile experiments of the smooth round bar of GH742and TC11alloy were carriedin different temperature; tensile true stress-strain curve was obtained. The tensile constitutive modelof the GH742and TC11alloy were founded based on the multi-linear isotropic hardening model andnon-linear isotropic hardening model. The results show that: The non-linear isotropic hardeningmodel can be used to describe the uniaxial tensile deformation behavior of the TC11alloy but notGH742, thus, the multi-linear isotropic hardening model is appropriate for GH742.(2)Base on the feature of plastic material, a method for notched specimens strength and burstspeed prediction is proposed, then, the tensile experiments of the notched round bar of GH742andTC11alloy were carried in different temperature. At the same time, the burst speed experiments werecarried. The research show that: the method for strength prediction of disk in this paper is feasible.(3)The ability of Universal Slopes Equation and Modify Universal Slopes Equation in describingthe ε-N curve of materials was researched in this chapter. The research show that: The ModifyUniversal Slopes Equation can describing the ε-N curve good for wrought superalloy range400℃to500℃, however, the ability of describing the ε-N curve is bad for cast superalloy; For titaniumalloy, The Modify Universal Slopes Equation is better than Universal Slopes Equation.(4)Research on strength reserve and low cycle fatigue life of a turbine disc was done in this paper,the result show that: the turbine disc has a higher burst speed reserve, also it has a certain amount oflow cycle fatigue life.
