In recent years, the energy crisis and environmental pollution make the electric car apromising direction for the auto industry development.Battery management system which controland manage electric vehicle power has become one of the key for electic car research. This articleis on the basis of typical BMS which develop in recent years, emphasizing on monitoring thetemperature and voltage of the battery and single cell balance research. The main research contentis as follows:First of all, battery management system functions are summarized according to literaturesabout battery management system in recent years, the significance and necessity of equilibriumcontrol management are analyzed and understood, and battery temperature and voltage monitoringand single cell equilibrium principle scheme are design on these basises.Secondly, the circuits of voltage and temperature are designed by the core processor whichtype is TMS320Lf2407a, and the units of filter and isolation are verified by experiment.Thecircuits of cell equalization are designed, and its working principle is analyzed in several cases.Thirdly, the DSP is used as the central processor, CCS3.3is used as a platform, theinitialization module, the data acquisition module, CAN communication module, cell equalizationmodule are designed through C programming language, and finally the software anti-interferencedesign is made to enhance system stability.Finally, the voltage and temperature acquisition circuits are proved to be correct as well asthe software. The design of cell equalization is verified by simulink.
