However the size error generated in the manufacture and assembly can produce many uncertaintyphysical parameters. But there is a big gap between the system response under the traditionaldeterministic model and the test results.Considering the influence of uncertainty parameters in thesatellite panels system and analyzing the effect on response is necessary.Kriging metamodels arewidely used because of the high efficiency and fitting precision. The satellite panels system withuncertainty parameters is studied by means of metamodels analysis technology. All works of this paperincludes:The root-mean square error (RMSE),the coefficient of determination(R2) and the average absoluteerror(AAE) need a lot of assessment point when validating metamodels’ fitting accuracy. In this paper,Model Acceptability Score is introduced to validate satellite panels system’s Kriging metamodel. Results indicate that MAS can validate Kriging metamodels well and be well used in engineeringexample.Satellite panels system multibody dynamic model is established in the ADAMSenvironment. The unfolding and locking dynamics is analyzed. The angular acceleration’s Krigingmetamodel about the uncertainty parameters of the quality and synchronous mechanism is establishedusing MATLAB-ADAM co-simulation.For meeting the requirements MAS method is used to confirmfitting accuracy. In order to study the impact of uncertainty parameters on the satellite panel system’slaunched and locked dynamic response, random uncertainty and epistemic uncertainty of parametersis studied. To analyze the efficiency of Kriging metamodel in the uncertaintyanalysis,MATLAB-ADAMS direct co-simulation is used in uncertainty analysis.
