With the rapid development of the global air transportation industry and increasingly conspicuo-us issues of the limited airspace resources, air traffic control automation systems achievement andhign precision4D trajectory prediction is becoimg one of the key technologies of China’s newgeneration air traffic control systems in the complex airspace with heavy air traffic. To focus on howto futher improve the accuracy of the trajectory prediction,.Aircraft trackon how to further improvethe accuracy of prediction, the paper gives the solutions of trajectory planning of the aircraft and themodeling of3D airspace environment.This paper gives the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing4D track prediction model, thenmodels based entirely on historical flight data mining are proposed. With comparasions of thedistances of the smallest rectangle between the series of the altitude profiles, which can be used tomeasure the similarities between air trajectories, the altitude profiles are achieved based on DWTdistances after air trajectory clustering. Then, hidden Markov models are proposed to distinguish statechanges of the airspeed from state changes of the ground speed. Considering the influence ofmeteorological environmental factors can significantly improve the accuracy of trajectory prediction.With digital grid data supplied by the World Area Forecast System, this paper processed verticalinterpolation on the height layer to obtain the weather information of a certain cross section firstly.Secondly, the forecast value of a certain temperature and wind fields was confirmed with quadraticLagrange interpolation formula. Then, the effects of the forecast value of the temperature and windfields was discussed. It was used to amend airspeed and ground speed of aircrafts and to solve4Dtrajectory prediction of aircrafts with recursive simulation at last. Finally,3D air traffic controlenvironment and virtual environment are built via Google Earth and its modeling tool Sketch Up,which allows users to directly import the three-dimensional models in Google Earth.Simulations ofthe actual trajectory are based on KML language, which is used to describe landmarks and3D models.
