With the recent Rapid development, the ultrasonic phased array instrument widely usedin industrial non-destructive testing, such as the space shuttle, High-speed Rail, heavymachinery, ships etc. The transmition and receiving channels of ultrasonic signal is the mainpart of the whole instrument, the signal of transmitting and receiving of nondestructiveexamination (NDE) determines the test resultsof the reliability and accuracy. At home andabroad have corresponding ultrasonic phased array instruments, its performance indicators thereceiving delay precision, pulse rise time, pulse width, voltage, transmission bandwidth of thereceived signal and other parameters are to be improved. This paper is mainly on theultrasonic phased array of high-voltage emission andreceiving circuit, it has academic valueand practical significance.Subject of the transmitting and receiving circuit of ultrasonic phased array instrument isanalyzed, mainly high voltage clamping emission and focus on delay receiving circuit design,its performance index is obtained by ciecuit simulation, through comparing the ultrasonicphased array instrument indicators at home and abroad come to the conclusion. The maincontributions of this paper are listed as follows:⑴Firstly, research from the understanding of the performance index of ultrasonic phasedarray instrument, the structure and working principle of ultrasonic phased array is analysed,the resonant principle, testing technique of the the main and excitation technique, analysis anddesign of piezoelectric ceramic transducer and impedance characteristics, analysis of theresonance frequency of the transducer.⑵Then high voltage transmission circuits are designed, including the design, highvoltage clamp design, as well as high voltage clamping emission, focusing emission circuitdesign and simulation analysis of each module design. Again for the receiving circuit design,maily including the principle of receiving, receiving circuit, receiving circuit design andsignal processing for each module design for simulation analysis. Simulation of thetransmitted signal and characteristic impedance of piezoelectric ceramic transducer, analysisthe resonant frequency transducer frequency matching, signal to the transducer, enter thesystem, other frequency signals are blocked or filtered.⑶Finally, the simulation control effect is compared with the circuits design parametersof original products through the MATLAB software simulation. Receiving circuits are designed, including the principle of receiving, receiving circuit, receiving circuit design andsignal processing for each module design and simulation analysis for the simulation of analogfilters the received signal, gain dynamic range analysis of ADC acquisition causes aliasingand the whole ADC, the anti aliasing filter stopband cutoff frequency, the negative pulsesignal, square wave, three kinds of capacitance signal receiving signal spectrum aliasing afteranti simulation using MATLAB software to verify the accuracy of analysis results.
