| After entering into the21st century, the economy of Yangjiang City is developing rapidly,and people’s living standards improve rapidly, electrical energy has been closely linked withpeople’s lives, and always affects people’s daily life and socio-economic activities. How todetermine the fault location quickly and isolate the fault section when the distribution networkfailures, complete the analysis of fault timely and restore power supply has become the maintask of the management of distribution. It is very important to ensure that service reliability ofcustomers, improve the quality of power supply, reduce customer outage time and improve theservice quality of power supply.With the further advance of the power supply customer service, as well as theintroduction of the concept of smart grid power,fast recovery technology of GIS integration ofmarketing and distribution system support platform is represent the general trend based on thebasis of the distribution of standardized management and distribution automationmanagement.Fast fault restoration is an effective means to improve the urban grid security and stabilityand the level of service, is an important application of smart distribution power gridconstruction. By analyzing the defects of the fault restoration of10kV distribution line inYangjiang Power Supply Bureau, proceeding from the business process, starting from theactual business of distribution network fault restoration by analysis of fast recovery businessresearch, inducing the Department and the staffs that involved in the rapid restoration business,analyzing of internal information for each a piece of business management and businessprocess, to initiate the management mode of project design. Then start from the correlationbetween various business data, begin to study every function modules of the system of therapid restoration on different fault driver points system. Focus on the analysis of data transferand sharing of the module fast recovery system. Moreover, to choose the outreach networkchannel by analyzing of fast recovery system work in terminal PDA data, study its safetyperformance to achieve the data timely, stable back to the server, complete closed-loopmanagement for fault restoration process. Then set up the overall system architecture byarranging the function modules. Finally proposes the establishment of fast recoverymechanism for fast recovery system management imperfections through the application andmaintenance of fast recovery system. In this paper, the system of distribution network faultrestoration based on the GIS system plays an important role in upgrading the management level, reducing the fault of user power failure time and improving customer service levelthrough the work practice, and it also confirms the feasibility of fast complex operation in thecity power grid fault. |
