Many countries andregions in the world, including many cities and towns in our country, are facing watershortages, water pollution and other issues, which caused the soial disputes, subject to suchissues as economic development for countries starting to focus on rational planning of waterresources. Domestic and foreign research of urban water demand forecasting developmentplays an important role so far in the urban water supply planning and regional water planningsystem.
